A yoga, dance and movement studio, gathering place, and dynamic learning community focused on creativity, freedom, embodied spirituality and evolutionary human potential.

 

We hold weekly yoga and dance classes and provide space to individuals and groups for special events and workshops that align with and support our philosophy. Did we mention that it's fun? Mercy... let's not forget the fun. Read on. (please.)
